Venice - Day 4 - Boarding the Ship. - 25th May

Well today is the day i go on the ship for the cruise! And i was rather excited, i had never been on a cruise before and was looking forward to it. I couldn't wait to get on the ship and to see what it was like.

So we got up nice and early and started packing are suitcases and to make sure we had everything we needed to get on the ship.

I decided i didn't want breakfast that morning i was looking forward to all the food i was going to eat on the ship XD.
I took Sarah for one last go on the rides, then we had a driver pick us up and take us to were the ships were docking.

So when we got there i thought it would be quick to get on to the ship, boy was i wrong! We had to wait for are number to be called. We were in the group number 19 and they were only on number 10. So it was at least an hour maybe longer before are number was called. So we decided to start queuing up with the rest of the people. Once we walked over to show the ticket guy are ticket he let us go in front of everyone so we didn't have to Que. I had no idea why and some of the looks we got! So we got through passport check and on the ship even quicker then everyone else.
Once we got on the ship we went straight to are room to unpack.

While we were unpacking me and my granddad went to Deck 9 to get some food and bring it back to the room. The we started to set sail at half 5. Once we set sail we decided to have a look round the ship.
There were so people wondering around the ship at this time.There was a Deck just for pictures a Deck for shops. Then there were also places like a gym, spa, Library, Internet, 10 different bars, pools, Jacuzzi, a few restaurants and places for a few buffets. There was probably more things as-well and I've just forgotten

While we were having a look round the ship we decided to have a sit down and a listen to the women singing she was really good and Sarah loved it as-well.
By the time we got back to are room it was about 8 and decided to have a quick change and go for something to eat. We decided to go try out the pizza  and salad buffet.
To be honest that buffet wasn't what i was expecting i was rather disappointed there was only on type of pizza and garlic bread. And all i wanted was chips aha.
 

After we had finished we headed back to the room and have an early night ready for tomorrow. Once we entered are room we found that they had made us a bow on are bed :)
